Note the "low overall" mortality rate underlined (mine)...
Sure glad the governor of Pennsylvania has everyone living on lockdown.
That damn Wall Street Journal says the mortality rate may be overestimated by "orders of magnitude."

Time to get more toilet paper...
It is not so much the mortality RATE as it is that people who should not have died can die if there aren't enough ventilators, healthy doctors and nurses, beds, etc to go around. It's not about "OMG don't catch this" it's about Flatten The Curve. It's decimating elder facilities, for instance, and SOME people love their parents or grandparents.
