Shipped off the FDA FOIA request as per the web site listed in the last post:

Set up the #FDAVapeFOIA hashtag so that when there isn't a timely response people can tweet to @FDATobacco. While I suppose I can sue under the FOIA perhaps a good old fashioned public twitter shaming might get them to respond.
I also emailed my US Senator and asked for help in ensuring a fair and timely response.
All I am asking for is information (both scientific and non-scientific) about what went into the "Deeming Regulations."
Perfectly fair to ask as it impacts my life and those around me...
